Fluffy Coconut Flour Pancakes Recipe

Serves 1 ½ dozen mini pancakes



  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the eggs, coconut oil, and honey.
  2. Stir in camel milk.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  4. Stir in coconut flour.
  5. Stir in arrowroot starch.
  6. Cook pancakes in tablespoonfuls until golden brown on each side.
