Camel Milk Banana Date Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 6–8 pitted Medjool dates
- 2 cups camel milk
- 2 large ripe bananas, sliced and pre-frozen

- Chopped dates
- Banana slices
- Pomegranate seeds
- Shelled pistachios
Instructions
- Cut the bananas into slices and freeze them beforehand for a creamier texture.
- Remove the pits from the Medjool dates.
- Add the dates, chia seeds, and camel milk to a blender or food processor. Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Add the frozen banana slices and blend again for 1–2 minutes until thick and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately with your favorite toppings if desired.

If time allows, soak the chia seeds in 4 teaspoons of water for 1 hour before blending. This helps soften the seeds and creates a smoother texture.
